Irene Xanders enthusiasm for music was guiding her through her whole life. At a young age she startet her musical career, sang Soloparts at the Opera “Saul” from Haendel and with 13 years she won prices for young talents as a pianist.

The intensive study with Pianists like Laszlo Gyimesi, Fernande Kaeser at the “Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Stuttgart”and singers like Yumi Koyama and Maria Zahlten Hall (pupil of Lotte Lehmann) as well as performing with the team of André Rieu were crucial for her career as an artist.
Irene Xander organized Masterclasses for Singers all over Germany and cofounded the “Lotte Lehmann Festival”

For many years, she performed in international concerts, and leaded her own musical theater productions. 2001 Irene Xander took over the “Severinsburgtheater” in Cologne and created a platform for the future success of many artists.
After joining a 4 year High Performance Leadership-Education in New York and Europe with Sonja Becker and Martin Sage, she is now teaching leadership-classes all over the world, in Cape Town, Bali, New York and Germany for people to find their genius and niche in the market and built a career around it.

As a final project of the Performing Arts Trainings stands a Theater- and Musicalproduction, e.g. „Showtime express“ (May 2005); „Die Steppenwölfe“ (Mai 2006, Musicalproduktion after H.Hesse); „Chateau de la Colle Noire“ (May 2007, Oberangertheater Munic); „Auf eigene Faust“ (2008, Musical after Goethes Faust) - Production of Wailea GmbH together with Bela Mavrak (Tenor), Carla Maffioletti (Sopran), Prof. Wolfgang Trommer (conductor and musical director); “Europe sends peace to the US” (2011, Hunters Collges New York); "Wizzard of IS" (2013, New York); “Me myself and I” (2014, Sage Theater, Manhatten); "Just get human" (2016, France); “Spacetime Travellers” (2016, Cologne) and various others.
Until December 2014 she was living and working in New York, got a o1 visa “for extraordinary abilities”, leading her own theater on Time Square, now living in Cologne, giving a platform for artistic and leadership development at “Performing Arts Academy GmbH & Co.KG” which she founded in 2010 together with Prof . Wolfgang Trommer.
